Truth is I've been distracted.
Completely and utterly distracted.
And for the last few weeks I've been spending the majority of my spare time over at the allotment.
I know.
I've kept it very quiet!
I don't want to bore you with all of the details but if you do want to pop over and take a peek you can see me here.
Meanwhile I've been enjoying my own garden.
What a fantastic time of year it is out there.
So here's a few of my favourites.
Meanwhile I'm off to don a wet suit and lash some poles together ....
Hope you are enjoying the flowers wherever you are.

ReplyDeleteI have Wisteria envy, you have a very pretty garden.Pam.
ReplyDeleteI love your Wisteria and your peony is out - ours are still in bud with just a little red showing so it won't be long. May is a most beautiful month in the garden:)
ReplyDeleteWith an allotment like yours, I would never want to leave it! I am thinking of that old tune from Camelot.

I've just watched your video - it's very amusing! Maybe you could call your erection a 'willow wall' or even a 'willow wonder'? Love the flowers in your garden. Judy.
ReplyDeleteMy mind is boggling at the idea of what you can do with a wet suit and a good lashing.
ReplyDeleteAnd that was before I read Judith's comment.
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely garden. It seems much more ahead than we are!
ReplyDeleteJacqui
Happy gardening my friend.

I love wisteria and wish we had planted one when we arrived at this house 10 years ago - it would have been splendid by now - sigh! Little M planted french beans and sugar snap then said "you can have some of my beans if you let me help you cook them!" I said "I will let you help me cook them if you eat them" "Of course I will eat them, I am growing them!" It's working, it's bloody working!!!! Love Jo x
ReplyDeleteYour garden looks so lush and colourful Jane! I hope the allotment is going from strength to strength and the fruits of your labours will soon be enjoyed! Have a great weekend and don't work too hard!! xx
