This is so sweet. Did you grow the plums? That's a lovely harvest. I have plum trees which produce tiny, very tart plums in the early summer. They need loooots of sugar when I bake with them but they are so pretty in a crumble.
Oh boy, I have serious food envy right now:o) I am busy waiting for my Bakewell tart to come out the oven which i hope tastes as good as your cake looks xox Penny
Oh I don't have any plums so now I'm glum. Look what you've started! (Those are gorgeous, I'm having a hard time not licking my screen, luckily tomorrow is farmer's market day in town :)
The plums have really come into their own this year... as long as you get there before the wasps! I see you are still keeping the words to a minimum. Has Mr K been forgiven yet?! Have a great week. xx
Yum, yum plums in your tum - what a super crop you have too. We have the grand total of about 14 plums on our tree this year - I've taken the first two fruits off today as they were ripe and ready to be eaten:)
Hehe....Plums to YOU too! Made me smile :) hugs Maria x ~ Thanks for kind words over on mine....and like you I will be following Scarlett Ohara's philosophies too! ~ Or should it be Rhett Butlers famous words....." Frankly my dear, I don't give a damn!".....Hugs and summer kisses ***** Maria x
